Control de los factores de riesgos mecánicos en el área de producción de ENVATUB S. A. y su incidencia en la accidentabilidad asociado a miembros superiores.

Abstract

The objective was to minimize the mechanical risk factors in the production area of the company ENVATUB S.A. and its incidence in the levels of accidents associated with superior members, due to the deficiencies of internal norms and regulations of industrial safety, there are accidents such as cut and in the worst case amputations during the process ok making cardboard tubes in the different production areas. A study was carried out to evaluate the mechanical risk factors, with the application of the simplified system of risk and accident assessment NTP330, through specific surveys that evidences the high accident rate by purely mechanical factors, besides to the lack of security knowledge regulations, a manual on safety and prevention of mechanical hazards was proposed, in order to aim to achieve which were in the company by the lack of ignorance of the security norms, people are aware of the ignorance manifesting itself in numbers that reached 89%, which means a very satisfactory advance of consciousness in the workers. So it is recommended to maintain control of the application of the risk prevention manual, the training plan and the instructive of order and cleaning.
