Diseño de un circiuto de agroturismo para los beneficiarios del Proyecto Chacras Agroecológicas del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado provincial de Pastaza (GADPPz) perteneciente a las ECA 6, cantón Santa Clara, provincia de Pastaza

Abstract

This research proposes: A designing of a agro tourism circle for project beneficiaries of Agroecological Farms Autonomous in the Decentralized Provincial Government of Pastaza, belonging to the ACE 6 located in the Santa Clara canton which is located in the same province, techniques based on qualitative and quantitative approach a “primary and secondary research” that allow them to achieve positive and participatory results, thereby identifying great potential developed in the draft farms agricultural resources. Date adapted by the tourism department of Decentralized Provincial Government of Pastaza, for the inventory of tourist attractions, they reflect the identification of 9 attractions were used for the identification of natural attractions with a Hierarchy II. The study shows the lack of competition in the tourism sector competitors, placing it as one of the unique tourism products in the sector and was recognized by PLANDETUR 2020. The study allowed to observe the acceptance of the product by domestic tourists (81,82%), and foreign (97,00%). For agro tourism circuit design, the tab for the identification of tourist cycle routes developed by the Provincial Council of Pastaza, and adapted for agro tourism was used. As for the circuit operation, the legal concept of operation was identified, becoming a service company and identifying the model of the same administrative and operational management. The economic analysis identified and investment of $202.650,00, the financial evaluation found an NPV amount of $201.683,15 and an IRR of 14% with a ratio B/C of $2.04 and the payback period of capital 3 years, allowing view that the project is economically viable.
