Desarrollo de un sistema web para la gestión de inventarios en el almacén “Maderka” utilizando el framework Laravel.

Abstract

The main objective of the current curriculum integration work was the development of a web application to manage the inventory of Maderka Furniture Store located in the city of Riobamba. We utilized the interview as a technique of data collection, we also utilized the observation and bibliographic data collection techniques that helped us to analyze and collect data about the established parameters. For the process of development of this project, the agile SCRUM methodology was applied, where 8 Sprints were obtained with a duration of 120 hours each, giving a total of 640 hours. Furthermore, within these, functional and non-functional requirements were developed, obtaining a total of 29 user stories and 6 enablers. During the development, 105 engineering tasks and 415 acceptance tests were derived, being all successful. We utilized techniques such as: Laravel Framework that works with the architecture MVC (Model-view-controller), programming language PHP, DataBase Managenent System MySQL for the creation of the web system and for the layout the Bootstrap Framework. Additionally, we applied the ISO / IEC 25000 standard to evaluate the efficiency of the software, with which a very important aspect such as time behaviour was evaluated, where response times were evaluated in a traditional way, compared to automated processes. We obtained as a result that the efficiency in the automated processes analyzed is more effective by 70.09% compared to manual processes. Finally, we recommend the use of the Laravel framework in future projects because it allows the flexibility of migration, and it requires low resources.
