Modelo de gestión financiera para la Cooperativa De Ahorro Y Crédito Creciendo Juntos Ltda.

Abstract

The Ecuadorian financial system has been of great importance in the economic and social development of marginal urban and rural sectors over the years. This research work aimed to develop a proposal for a financial management model for the Credit and Savings Cooperative Creciendo Juntos Ltda., to improve the economic and financial situation that will help optimize the resources of the cooperative aimed at the economic and financial parts of the company. To take proper decision making that will generate income by their efficient and effective use both inside and outside of the company, thus converting the mission and vision into monetary operations. With the purpose of providing a better service to its members and clients, allowing an adequate administration of the cooperative’s liquidity and profitability, thus achieving institutional goals and objectives through strategies. Within the financial management model are the generalities of the institution, the same that covers everything related to the cooperative, followed by the situational diagnosis and project the financial statements, which will give a guide based on how the cooperative will look in the future with apply this financial management model. It is a management tool that will help the proper development of the financial institution to achieve an effective organizational, administrative, and financial management for the optimization of the economic and financial resources of the cooperative.
