Modelo de gestión administrativo y financiero para mejorar la productividad en la Asociación de Artesanos Interprofesionales del cantón Alausí, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to design an administrative and financial management model to improve productivity in the Association of Interprofessional Artisans of Alausí canton. This institution has a long history and over the years, it has been affected mainly in the administrative and financial area as it lacks of an adequate organization for its proper functioning. For the investigation, surveys were applied to all the active members of the institution and the corresponding interview to the president. When carrying out the situational diagnosis, the necessary information was collected to structure the entire administrative part of the institution, as well as the financial statements that will allow a better control in the organization. In this way, the absence of an administrative and financial management model was determined, which caused inefficiency in the processes, generating the need to design the proposed model. The model designed for the Association of Interprofessional Artisans of Alausí proposes continuous improvement in both the administrative and financial aspects. It is recommended to execute the respective socialization of the management model to all the partners to obtain favorable results in the institution due to its effectiveness implies the integration of all the members of the Association tofulfil the goals
