Proyecto de exportación de hornos industriales de la Empresa “INOX industrial” de la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo hacia el país de Colombia, ciudad de Bogotá en el periodo 2015-2016

Abstract

The overall objective of the present work of qualification is to develop a project to export of industrial furnaces of the stainless INOX INDUSTRIAL company to the city of Bogota – Colombia with the objective of growing the business globally. The determination of the product to be exported is based on the demand that exists in the market of Colombia and the increase in the metal sector mechanical of the country, which has substantially improved its economy. Due to the characteristics and standards of manufacture of ovens, this allows easy access to the target market. It was made a study of market to know the demand for the product In the country of destination on the basis of statistics of imports and exports of the country, the local supply for the supply of the product and the customs regulations for access to and release of the product in the country of Colombia. It was made a situational analysis of the company in order to meet its production capacity, and participation in the Colombian market without affecting production that demand domestically, with the aforementioned aspects proceeded to design a project to export for industrial furnaces of the stainless INOX INDUSTRIAL company which takes to consider aspects such as: packaging, distribution of the product, transportation, documentation, Incoterms, payments. It was made the financial analysis of investment for the implementation of this project. Finally, it will be present the findings of the project, where it will determine the viability of the project and the recommendations for a better development.
