Estudio de aceptación y proyección administrativa del Gobierno Institucional de la ESPOCH, período 2011 – 2016

Abstract

Teachers, employees and workers are the most important human factors with which the institution has therefore management should be effective, it is the key to success in their development and positive achievements for contributing the plans and ESPOCH goals. Currently, the evaluation process and acceptance of performance of both the institutional government and its actors, almost all are not acceptable and reliable, because they do not have enough information to contribute with their concerns and opinions. At all developing areas whether these academic, research, linkage and management, thus allowing the dissatisfaction of the internal needs of the institution, and preventing the fulfillment of the objectives. It should be emphasized that the most relevant aspects that identify the institutional government are image, instruction and leadership, creating an advantage for the progress and development of the ESPOCH, but as a negative factor may be mentioned that the highest authority does not hold direct interaction with stakeholders, because the staff generally feel unmotivated and their contribution to the institution is relatively low. Therefore it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the acceptance of the government, which allows the institutional administrative projection frequently. In this way, propose a new approach that helps restore the motivation of actors and facilitate their professional development with a view of realizing the goals and objectives of the institution and thus keep alive its hopes.
