Plan para la dinamización turística- cultural de los saberes ancestrales del patrimonio cultural inmaterial en el ámbito de artes del espectáculo para el Centro Histórico de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

This research proposes: designing the plan for cultural tourism promotion of local knowledge of intangible cultural heritage in the field of performing art to the historic center of Riobamba, Chimborazo province; through concepts, methodology, criteria and promotion programs which allows a cause a higher level of awareness, especially among young people about the importance of keeping alive the identity of riobambeños and thus potentiate touristically intangible cultural events. It began with the social and cultural process; consecutively registration of intangible heritage was performed using the INPC tab succeeded in identifying 52 intangible cultural manifestations that are included in the scope arts. In addition, the assessment of the state of the demonstrations was performed to determine whether these are in force, vulnerable or existing in the collective memory. The CPES matrix was also performed: causes, problems, effects and solutions that were basis for the formulation of strategic objectives. Consequently 2 programs and 5 projects seeking collective participation for the revitalization and proper safeguarding of the demonstrations proposed were identified cultural intangible. It concludes that the historic center of the city of Riobamba has a large intangible cultural heritage and this internalized in people and interconnected with many areas of daily life, however, subject to the vulnerability, the plan being in operation provides solutions to energize, protects and preserves the heritage, strengthening identify, cultural memory and that these demonstrations were coordinated with the tourist potentiation.
