Abstract

Project of exportation of leather foot-wear for men, through The Chamber of Craft from Guano, Chimborazo Province to Santiago de Chile, Chile. This Project has been development and motivated as result of a socio-economic development of the Artisans of Guano Canton. It means an opportunity to learn what is the feasibility of performing an export of foot-wear with the above characteristics, and if there is an acceptance of our products in Chile for the period of 2012 — 2017. Taking into account supply, demand, and competitors. For which the identification was made at Artisan House and its goals, organizational structure and management, and product characteristics to identi1r if they meet the requirements of being an export organization. It was also considered the legal aspect both the importing country as the exporter, the necessary documentation, logistics, marketing, payment methods, procedures and processes to be performed. The method which was used is quantitative, qualitative, inductive, deductive, observation technique bibliographic into account, and interviews. In addition the Project includes an economic — financial help to know the feasibility of using indexes Financera same. Determining: The product was accepted in the Chilean market, and both the importing and exporting business have similar terms by the fact remain the copyright to South America. Conclusions: The objectives of the Project are met according to profitability and I or feasibility thereof, resulting in a vision for the future with a margin of success in business operations and, finally is the most profitable for the Craft House. Recommendations: The Project must be performed due to positive results.
