Módelo de gestión administrativo - financiero para la farmacia Salud & Vida de la parroquia Cunchibamba del cantón Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua, año 2023

Abstract

Management is conceived as an administrative tool in charge of undertaking all the steps aimed at achieving an efficient performance associated with increased productivity to benefit the organization profitably and sustainably, recognizing that the staff is an active and necessary resource to achieve institutional objectives while emphasizing that in an organization human resources management is the most significant. That is why the purpose of the research was to develop an administrative and financial management model for the "SALUD & VIDA" Pharmacy in Cunchibamba parish of Ambato canton, Tungurahua province, to increase its profitability and optimize its resources, for which the quantitative approach was used, to understand the management of economic and financial resources of the pharmacy under study, and also the qualitative approach was used because it allowed the theoretical basis of the study variables. The descriptive level was used, which helped to describe the actions and procedures carried out by the personnel of the establishment and translate them into the elaboration of the functions manual and flow charts, working with a sample of 5 employees, to whom the duly structured survey was applied, so that through the use of this tool it was possible to diagnose the current situation of the pharmacy, finally, the administrative and financial management model was developed to improve the profitability of the Salud & Vida Pharmacy
