Tratamientos Hormonales para Mejorar la Fertilidad.

Abstract

The hormone treatments proposed in the following research will improve the fertility in cows; since the reproduction has been affecting the economic development on farms in the last years; the presence of physiological problems due to disorders in the hormonal system, need appropriate treatments to regulate the cow reproduction, and to get a calf per year. For this, different estrus synchronization methods have been studied, such as: Ovsynch, Presynch, and Cosynch with which the reproductive cycle normalization of cows is achieved by improving their fertility. Bautista, E. (2008), Indicates that the use of Ovsynch method permits to register an 83% of pregnancy, thus it is concluded that the hormonal disorders which cause fertility problems are controlled with the use of synchronization programs which not only improve the fertility but it can be used to program births in higher reproduction periods, moreover it would be possible to have groups of homogenous calves.
