Sistema de gestión administrativa para la empresa industrial láctea “Camino a los Hieleros” en el cantón Guano

Abstract

The Industrial Dairy Company "Camino a los Hieleros" does not have an administrative management system, allowing it to work empirically in executive management, which has prevented them from achieving organizational objectives and increasing its profitability; this has prevented that there are no clear objectives. Therefore, this research aimed to design an administrative management system for the Industrial Dairy Company Camino a los Hieleros, in the canton of Guano, through quality processes, satisfying consumers' highest expectations and thus increasing its profitability. For the elaboration of the research, the mixed approach was used, which allowed the collection of relevant information, which were the surveys directed to the personnel as well as to the clients and the interview directed to the manager and in turn allowed to describe the facts of the problems that the company is going through, as well as for the development of the research, a SWOT matrix was made to analyze the internal and external environment of the company. Through the application of the administrative management system, we propose the approach of the business philosophy, structural organization chart, manual of functions and processes, process map, and strategies in the direction as well as in the control phase to obtain efficient profitability in the organization and satisfy the highest expectations of the consumers. In conclusion, this administrative management system will serve as a tool to improve the administrative process, allowing an excellent direction for the organization. It is recommended that the dairy company start applying the phases of the proposed proposal to implement strategies that will strengthen the organization and comply with the strategic objectives efficiently and effectively
