Abstract

The design of a management system for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship case study association "Ñukanchik Ñan" aimed to promote sustainable development in the association's economy. For the result of the present study, the quantitative-qualitative approach was applied at an exploratory, descriptive level using appropriate research techniques and instruments such as a survey of the partners of the institution and an interview with the legal representative, as well as the analysis of internal and external factors through the SWOT matrix where the following shortcomings were determined: empirical administration and planning, lack of an organizational structure causing duplication of functions, lack of definition of strategies, lack of training to the staff, lack of a clear description of the institution's strategy, and lack of movement to the team, to solve the problems, the creation of history manuals was planned, where the historical review, mission, vision, values, policies, and job classification manual in which the respective work areas were analyzed where each of these helps to create the functions manual where the functions of each of the members of the organization were detailed to eradicate duplication of functions, policy manual where specific policies are clear to help regulate the daily activities of the association and these can be evaluated through the fulfillment of the training. The design of the administrative process focused on business management and constructing the corporate philosophy that allows the company to develop its daily activities and maintain adequate economic income following the business line. It was recommended to the authorities of the association to implement the organizational structure which helps the administrative process to be efficient, eliminating shortcomings and, at the same time, strengthening the work areas complying fully with the policies where the collaborators abide by the established functions to develop their activities and to be able to capture new market niches with an adequate decision making
