Determinación de la influencia de la carga de trabajo en el desgaste de neumáticos de recolectores de desechos sólidos del Municipio de Riobamba-Ruta 3 mediante análisis de correlación estadística

Abstract

The analysis carried out on the solid waste collection trucks of the GADM of Riobamba in 2018, evidenced that route three is the most critical and it was identified that the database resulting from the inspection process does not have a contrast and validation study with measurements. and updated inspections of the workload, nor the wear of the tires of the scheduled routes. Therefore, the objective of the present investigation was to determine the influence of the workload on the tire wear of the solid waste collector of the Municipality of Riobamba-route three through statistical correlation analysis. The methodology implemented for the analysis of route three was through visual inspection and the use of a depth gauge to record data such as speed, distance traveled, weight, fuel consumption, among others. Using this methodology, the database for the statistical correlation analysis of the years 2018 and 2021 was obtained using the SPSS statistical software, three Pearson correlation methods, Kendall's Tau b and Spearman's Rho were applied. When carrying out the total statistical analysis of the four correlations of the eight variables of both 2018 and 2021, it is concluded that the weight, the distance traveled and the travel time are the fundamental variables among themselves so that there is considerable wear on the automotive , based on the samples obtained and making the respective correlations, the physical wear of the tire is verified since it received a high impact in the distance it traveled with a considerably high amount of weight in a short time, creating significant wear and generating physical damage both to the tire as to the mechanical part of the registered automotive.
