Diseño de un manual de organización para el supermercado mayorista “Mega su casa” en la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to design an organization manual for “MEGA SU-CASA” supermarket in Riobamba city, in order to fight the problems that the company present; therefore, it will allow to improve the administrative management, optimizing resources and facing changes in the environment. The research has been developed with qualitative and quantitative methods, the main technique used was the interview and survey to those who make up the organization, through a SWOT analysis. The problems of the organization were identified due to the non-existence of a functions manual, lack of knowledge of lines of command and hierarchy, causing work overload and duplication of functions, falling all responsibility for management and assignment to the director, All these aspects have presented the need to implement the proposed organizational study, which includes structural, personnel position and functional organization charts, and the development of organizational manuals such as: Historical Review, Job Classification, functions, and procedures manual. With these administrative tools, it will be possible to facilitate the supervision and control of tasks in “MEGA SU-CASA” Supermarket, and this document will also be used as a reference for the other units attached to the organization that need to improve their administrative management
