Análisis y evaluación de las condiciones laborales y su incidencia en la accidentabilidad mediante la metodología INSHT en la Empresa INCOREG

Abstract

The objective of this curricular integration work was to make a diagnosis of the working conditions in the company INCOREG CIA. LTDA. to find the risks in the production area of the company and determine the incidence of accidents at work. The techniques used in the methodology to develop this study were field research, observation and interviews with the operative personnel of the production area. The evaluation and assessment of the risks was carried out through the methodology (INSHT), by which 22 mechanical risks, 12 physical risks, 8 chemical risks, 8 biological risks and 12 ergonomic risks were identified, in which the workers of the production area and administrative area are exposed to. Using the Meseri method, the fire protection coefficient was determined to be 2.98, which corresponds to a serious risk, and noise measurements were taken of the different machines operated by the workers, resulting in values above 90 dB. With the values obtained in the risk assessment, a series of corrective measures were proposed for all the risks identified, which included the implementation of 49 safety signs in the different work areas, the selection of personal protective equipment for workers under current regulations, and the preparation of evacuation and resource maps, implementation of firefighting equipment and training of personnel on the importance of order and cleanliness in the workplace and occupational risk prevention methods to ensure the welfare and health of workers and thus develop work activities in a safe and comfortable work environment and be an efficient contribution to the operation and development of the company.
