Diseño de un plan de inversión para la empresa “New Blessings Corporation Textil Cia. Ltda”. de la provincia de Chimborazo, cantón Riobamba

Abstract

The present research work aims to design an investment plan for the company "NEW BLESSINGS CORPORATION TEXTIL CIA LTDA." of Chimborazo province, Riobamba canton, through an economic and financial analysis to increase the competitiveness in the market. The development of the research had a qualitative and quantitative approach with a descriptive research level since the problem was identified through surveys and interviews to the owners and employees of the company, giving as result that the company does not carry out any investment plan to improve competitiveness. Thus, the need for investment in imported raw materials from Colombia and Peru was observed, as this raw material is of quality. Its main characteristics are: that it is a natural fiber 100% cotton, with great durability and anti-pilling. In addition providers offer their products in a wide range of colors and textures, at the same time it is necessary to acquire state-of-the-art machinery for making with this type of cloth. To solve the problem, a plan of investment where the total amount of raw material necessary for a period of time of according to the projection carried out and the necessary machinery with its adequate characteristics for the confection with this type of fabric. To start the investment it was evidenced that the company can cover 28.20% of the investment and 71.80% will be financed through a loan in a financial institution, which in this case turned out to be more feasible get a loan in the public banking BanEcuador. It was suggested to the company that the present plan of investment since it will allow the reduction of unsatisfied demand and therefore improves the competitiveness in the market.
