Determinación de la eficiencia de la movilidad para la mejora del servicio de transporte institucional de la Plataforma Gubernamental Quitumbe.

Abstract

The present investigation is of quantitative type required in the city of Quito, in 9 public institutions that are located in the Quitumbe Government Platform; in the presentation of the diagnosis and a technical analysis of mobility using survey research tools for information gathering; Fuel determination determines mobility efficiency to improve institutional transportation. The hypothesis is tested and a more efficient way of mobility is proposed for public officials that imply the redesign of routes with greater coverage and obtaining an optimization, being more attractive to the potential population; In the management, a general intervention is proposed, leaving aside the individualized administration, which entails a saving in the contracting budget of the institutional transport service and achieves a more efficient expense that includes necessary items to have a more comprehensive service that count on a parking lot for the safe ascent and descent of passengers and their respective signage. It is concluded that the proposed proposal of the institutional transport service is efficient, comprehensive and sustainable, and can be applied in favor of improving mobility.
