Diseño e implementación de un normativo de protocolos ceremoniales en la Cooperativa de transporte en taxis y camionetas Los Tayos en la ciudad de Puyo.

Abstract

The desing and implementation of a Normative of Ceremonial Protocol in “Los Tayos” Taxis and Vans Transportation Cooperative “Los Tayos” in Puyo city, was chosen by the lack of knowledge about protocol time to organize and develop institucional events that requiere to be undertaken with formality causing greater enhacement and solemnity to all kinds of events which projected a positive image both for menbers and for the public. The main objective of the research is to determine policies and rules protocol that must be followed in an event. This will be reviewed existing information, clarify and broadenthe knowledge on this subject. The techniques for collecting information used were interview and survey through the use of questionnaires prepared according to the needs of the study. With all of the foregoing are applicable to the tabulation of results, with their respective analysis and interpretation. The normative of Ceremonial Protocolhas been developed in the order to improve significantly the organization of different events that occur in the cooperative, which will run a series of rules and procedures Protocol, rules of courtesy and human relations; which will contribute to that these are properly developed and improved the institutional image.
