Plan de mejoramiento continuo del sistema de archivo en el Departamento Jurídico del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Pastaza.

Abstract

A continuous improvement plan of the filing system of Public Institution belonging to the State is the perfect and indispensable tool to be organized and satisfy the internal and external clients in order to generate confidence in the quality of service than this institution offers. In this present project it is pretended to took for a proposal in order to improve the filing system in the Law Department generating necessary documentation supporting and helping the application and usage of the tools existing in benefit of all users of this department. The result gotten from this investigation will help to the activities with high efficiency so that the policies referring to the institution service can be improved. This paper contains the description of the problem to be investigated, the justification and the objectives. The development of theoretical frame and the definitions is based in books, paper, articles published on the internet. Type, methods of investigation, techniques and instrument applied are mentioned in the methodology, this will let to get real information of the investigate aspects. Finally, it is developed the proposal which submits the design of the process of classification of the active archive.
