Auditoría de gestión al Instituto para el Ecodesarrollo Regional Amazónico ubicado en la parroquia Puyo, cantón y provincia de Pastaza, durante los periodos 2013 – 2014

Abstract

The present graduation work deals with “MANAGEMNET AUDITORSHIP TO THE INSTITUTE FOR THE AMAZON REGIONAL ECO-DEVELOPMENT, LOCATED IN THE EL PUYO PARISH, PASTAZA CANTON AND PROVINCE OVER THE 2013-2014 PERIOD”; it will allow to measure the efficiency, efficacy and economy with which the activities of the Institution managers are developed. To developed the present work investigation techniques such as questionnaires and interviews were used as well as the corresponding auditing techniques for the evidence obtainment supporting the final report, which permitted to identify and verify the Institute weaknesses to, later analyze in the corresponding finding sheet. Upon finishing this investigation, the corresponding report of the management auditing was issued, determining that in the Institute for the Amazon Regional Eco-development management indicators have not been designed and implemented which has not permitted to evaluate the activities at the Institute, besides the inexistence of a strategic plan and updated procedure handbook. For this the corresponding correction actions were given so that such inconsistencies might be met by making opportune decisions so as to accomplish the objectives of the Institute for the Amazon Regional Eco- development.
