Abstract

The project of heavy machinery spare and original parts import, to the RAZCONSA C.A. Company improves the competitiveness and lower costs during the execution of the works. For approximately 5 years spare parts and even heavy machinery have been bought within the country, to significantly high prices. This situation creates high payouts for the company which raises the prices for the construction works. The spare parts which the company uses are hard to find, and this causes problems in the execution of works, generating high costs for the company. Therefore, the main purpose of this project is to make a guide for the company to import the spare and original parts for heavy machinery from Delray Beach - Florida (United States). Throughout the years, significant changes have been made in the pattern of International Trade. Nowadays, an increase in trade flows has been observed among different countries, through technological development and improvement, since this allows the negotiations to purchase products quickly and dynamically, closing deals immediately. At present, tax rules governing imports are transparent and simplify bureaucratic processes, supporting activity in foreign trade.
