Evaluación de Diferentes Abonos Orgánicos en la Producción de Forraje de una Mescla Forrajera de Medicago Sativa (Alfalfa) y Dactylis Glomerata ( Pasto Azul) , en el Cantón Mocha Parroquia la Matriz

Abstract

In the Matriz Parish of the Mocha Canton, Tungurahua Province, the effect of three types of organic fertilizer (Humus, Vermicompost and Casting) was evaluated in a dosage of three tons per hectare, against a control treatment, in the forage production (Alfalfa) and (Blue Pasture) over 120 days investigation distributed under a completely at random block design. The experimental results were subjected to variance analysis and mean separation through the Tukey test. The best results obtained with the use of humus with a height at the first cutting of 71.008 cm in alfalfa and 44.55 cm in the blue pasture. In the second cutting 71.025 cm in the alfalfa and 44.525 cm in the blue pasture. The baše and ariel coverage in the alfalfa recorded 12.67% in the control treatment and 12.8% in the blue pasture with humus. The aerial coverage was 29.50 in the alfalfa with the control treatment and 24.40% in the blue pasture applying vermicompost. the green forage production was 5.57t / ha / cutting for the control treatment, followed by 5.258t / ha / cutting for humus. In the first and second cutting the best response was obtained with humus 14,167 / ha / cutting. The dry matter production was 1.56 t / ha / cutting for the control followed by 1.535 t / ha / cutting for humus in the first and second cutting. Humus is ratified with 2.58 t / ha / cutting. The benefit-cost was 7.00 USD for the control followed by humus with 2.55 USD. The humus use is recommended.
